ICC Chief Prosecutor is still taking a hard line on President-elect Uhuru Kenyatta and insisting he must face an ICC trial from July 9 despite the withdrawal of charges against his co-accused Francis Muthaura. Bensouda said that Uhuru is accused of being “in charge of the provision of financial and logistical support to the direct perpetrators" (the Mungiki).
