Parlaiment is in a rush to pass four constitutional implementation Bills before August 27th deadline. The house has also shortened the time for the parliamentary committee to sctutinize the Bills. Affected Bills include The National Intelligence Bill, the National Security Council Bill, the Leadership and integrity Bill and Petition to parliament Bill.
