A joint report by the Kenya Human Rights COmmission and Internationa Commission for Jurists has indicated that the government has failed the victims of 2007/2008 PEV. The report says the government has ignored other forms of violence like sexual violence, psychological torture and compensation of lives. The report further says there has not been a proper registration of all victims and satisfactory ressetlement of all IDPS.
