Community Revives Rite to Check HIV Spread

Pokot council of elders led by their chairman has backed the male circumcision drive in Pokot North district.  The Minister of Information and Communication who is also representative of the area stated that the return of the rite would help reduce the spread of HIV in the area whose prevalence rate stands at three percent
