Kenya Needs Political Goodwill to Effect the New Constitution

Anne Kiunuhe posits that political bickering witnessed in the last few weeks threatens to derail the change process voters overwhelmingly chose in the August referendum. Lack of clarity on some of the provisions, especially in the transitional clauses, is likely to cause more contentions. A lot of goodwill from politicians is therfore a neceaary impetus to steer the process to safety.
