End Blame-Game and Resettle IDPs

Joseph Kamotho writes that the IDPs in camps can be disenfranchised in the coming general elections. These people need to be registered and vote but this may not be the case. They may not even have national identity cards and therefore their concerns needs to be addressed soonest. The IDPs are a shame to the conscience of Kenyans and must be accorded the human dignity that is rightly theirs.
