To Truly Reform the Judiciary, we Need to Go all the Way - in Public

Mutuma Mathiu argues that vetting of judges and magistrates should be done in public. It is important for Kenyans to see who they are bestowing the confidence to guarantee justice. Therefore even though the Act stipulates that the vetting should be in private unless requested by a judge and magistrate, the individual should rise to the occasion and go public.
