Congestion in Malaba not About to End Soon Thanks to Corruption

Congestion at Malaba, the border between Kenya and Uganda is not about to end because of corruption. Truck drivers have to pay at least sh2000 to CID, Customs and police officers manning the border before they get cleared to move their goods. Drivers who do not pay this amount cannot cross the border.
