A High court has stopped the arrest and prosecution of Mombasa business man Rashid Sajja over land transaction between him and retired president Moi. The two had been given upto yesterday by the police to pay the additional money or be prosecuted. The businessmen had bought the land in Mombasa for 7.5 million and registered it under the name of Bawazir.
