The woman Anne Wausi failed to appear in court to answer to charges, the land was forfeited. Suleiman Mwatsungu gave his title deed in April last year saying he knew her. Wausi is accused of forging obtaining letters of administration of the Nicola Palcino estate using a forged marriage dertificate.
