A book released by Dr. David Hoile called “The International Criminal Court: Europe’s Guantanamo Bay?” casts aspersions on the ability of the ICC to root out impunity in Africa. Hoile posits that the ICC is a new frontier of advancing imperialism hence cannot offer valuable justice to crimes against humanity.
